The registration page keeps giving me errors!

This is a comment we received by email, but I thought it would be valuable to have it here:

"I tried to register, maybe 10 different times, and it kept bringing me back to the application. There was a message saying there should be no capital letters, so I changed everything to lower case, and it STILL wouldn't accept my registration. So I gave up."

The voting button for the University of California appears to be broken, whereas the other voting buttons are functional. Please help.

It looks like the UC button is the only one not currently accepting votes. Other colleagues of mine are having the same issue.
